We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted cloud mail systems (currently mailchimp – you can view their privacy policy here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/) and only the BD Ladder owners can access the data.

We keep your information for two years, after which point if you haven’t interacted with us during that period, we securely destroy it by securely erasing information from our systems.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at ben@bdladder.com.

Comments

We currently do not have or allow comments on our website. Should that change, when visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Data collected by us is stored in our online encrypted marketing system (mailchimp) and we adhere to all their strict data storage policies. We do not share that information with other organisations.
